He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hornstien and Margaret Hornstien (Van Der Poel); his siblings, Gloria, Marlene and Richard; and his grandsons, Rick and Shawn.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Hornstien; his children, Ronald Hornstien (Debrah), Clayton, Gary Hornstien (Sharon), Claremore, Rick Hornstien (Lori Chavez), Comstock, Cindy Dakovich (Shawn), Church Hill, Connie Gallegos (Jose), Amery and Many; and his sisters, Melba Daly and Helen Titel. He is also survived by Many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
