He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his daughters, Julie Gorres, Jackie Johnson (Jason Humpal), Jennie Skulstad (Hans) and Jeri Cook (Kelly); his grandchildren, Corey Measner (Tess Barringer), Cassidy Janis (Garrett), Blake Johnson (Tia Anderson), Chase Measner (Becca), Grant Cook, Delaney Johnson (Andrew Schlosser), Hobey Skulstad, Lydia Humpal and Gage Cook; his sisters, Fay Lee and Pat Swanson; and his in-laws, Larry, Patty Kuhl, John, Peg Kuhl and Pam Humpal (Mike Elmer). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
