She is survived by : her children, Richard Penard (Ashley) and Julia Radke (Sam Carlson); her siblings, Renee Anderson (Loren), Rodney, Rusty and Ryan Moltzer (Sarah); and her grandchildren, Layne and Leah Penard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
