He was predeceased by: his father Russel Swiontek; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Thiel and William McCusick. He is survived by: his mother Carol Swiontek (Lehmann); his wife Lori Swiontek; his children, Jeremy Haines and Kassandra Swiontek; his granddaughter Charlie Miller; his siblings, Tammy, Stanley (Kay) and Trudy (Dennis); and his godson Tyler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as other loving relatives and friends.
