He is survived by : his former life partner Cathy Church; his children, Terry Ryan (Jennifer) and George Randall; his wife Susan Johnson; his children, Derrick Robert (Jennifer Foer), Dustin Reid, Randy (Sharla) and Deanna Hathaway (Caleb); his brothers, Bob (Bonnie), Dan (MaryKay), Tim (Vicki) and Scott (Ellen); his sister-in-law Maria; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah, Jubilee, Piper, Finnegan, Penelope, Bryce, Brayden, Charlotte Jamison, Rosemary, Adalyn and Brooke Hathaway.
