We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2023, at the age of 92, James Lawton (Amherst Junction, Wisconsin), born in Hillsboro, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, John Lawton and Cora Lawton; his former life partner Lois Peterson; his wife Alice Norby; and his siblings, John, Richard, Ben and Ruthie Sours.
He is survived by : his children, Nancy Lawton-Shirley (Craig), Michael Lawton (Tara), Mark Lawton (Sue Schmid) and Paul Lawton; and his stepchildren, Richard Norby (Roberta), Mark Norby (Kat), Marguerite Norby, Mary Behm (Norby), Joseph Norby (Juli), Connie Norby (Scott Beckman), John Norby and Kathleen Norby (Joe Luther). He is also survived by 108 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
