He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Groshek and Delores Groshek (Golla); his brother Michael; his parents-in-law, Florian "Sard" Fleming and Katherine Fleming; and his siblings-in-law, Ted Shoemaker and Mary Ann Shoemaker Wells (Fleming).
He is survived by: his significant other Sue; his children, Crystal Hansel (Chris), Holly Hurda (Tim) and Keith Groshek (Autumn); his grandchildren, Chase, Chloe, Caly, Braun, Audrey and Sawyer; his siblings, Lloyd Groshek (Sherry), Delroy Groshek (Gretchen), Denise Maves (Tom), Jackie Rutta (Jeff), Gary Groshek and Wayne Groshek (Jill); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Bleskey (Dave) and Richard Wells.
