He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Fay and Marie Fay (Begley); his son Daniel Fay; and his nephew AJ Walling. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his daughter Erin Fay (Jeremy Ryan) of West Chester, PA; his grandchildren, Harper, Clara King of West Chester, PA, Rebecca Ryan of West Chester, PA and Jacob Ryan of San Diego, CA.; and his siblings, Diane Andersen (Benjamin), Debra "Debbie" Fay, Doreen Weston (Thomas), Donna Walling (Daniel) and Douglas Fay (Dana). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (453 S Main St, Amherst, WI 54406). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
