He was predeceased by: his parents, John Patrick and Martha Stack (Laughlin); and his brothers, John P. Stack Jr. (Karlene), Michael Stack (Peg) and Joseph Stack.
He is survived by: his close friend Nikki James; his children, Michael Stack (Rene), Amy Stack-Baden (David) and Paul Stack; the mother of his children Kay Stack; his grandchildren, Ceara, Imoen and Ruby; his sisters, Anne Marie Tillotson (Harry) and Teresa Slevin (John); and his sister-in-law Karlene Stack. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews; countless grand-nieces and grand-nephews; and a host of longtime friends.
