She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Gluntz and Lois Gluntz; and her brother Brian Conlon. She is survived by: her siblings, Gregg Conlon (Julie), Lynn Guman and Lorri Darst (Brian); and her nieces and nephews, Kyle Conlon (Sarah), Corie Johnson (Nick), Clayton Conlon (Megahn), Kristin Conlon (Tabitha), Jennifer Dubis (Josh), Sarah Conlon, Danielle Manna (Chris), Robert Conlon (Sheena), Michelle Iverson (Cory) and Lindsay Guman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patty's honor may be made to the Tumbleweeds Foundation (tumbleweedsfoundation.com), whose mission is to support individuals and families affected by Treacher Collins syndrome, or to Pawsitive Difference, the rescue where she found her beloved dog, Remy.
