Scot P. Martin Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scot P. Martin of Amherst, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Roland Martin; his grandparents, Curtis, Antoinette Knudtson, Harold and Helen Martin; his parents-in-law, Leonard and Elizabeth Chojnacki; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Chojnacki-West.

He is survived by: his mother Carole Martin (Knudtson); his wife Julie Martin; his children, Trevor Martin (Megan Peters) of Yakima, WA, Tyler Martin (Fiancé-Ellany Rirao) of Cheyenne, WY and Kassidy McSweeny (Mark) of Plainfield, WI; his grandsons, Landon, Archie and Roland of Plainfield, WI; his children, Abigail, Dylan, Annabelle and Daniel of Iola, WI; his niece Veronica Groshek (Dean) of Iola, WI; and his siblings, Lauri Martin Keefe (David) of Stevens Point, WI, Brian Martin of Stevens Point, WI, Patrick Martin (Kay) of Plover, WI, Chris Martin (Francesca) and Amherst Jct. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Jungers-Holly Funeral Home (262 S Main St, Amherst, WI 54406). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (453 S Main St, Amherst, WI 54406).
