He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Smith and Dorothy Smith (Stockwell); and his former life partner Carol Ver Hagen-Smith. He is survived by : his siblings, Pamela Smith of Antigo and Craig Smith of Lake Mills; his nephews, Derrick Smith (Tanya), Jake Olsen and Jason Smith (Jessica); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zandria, Zailey Smith, Olivia Olsen, Everett Smith, Trenton Smith and Dorian Engels.
