He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Lewis; his children, Jason Lewis (Kalli) of Iola, Korey Lewis of Antigo, Branden Lewis (JoAnna) of Antwerp, NY, Trinton Lewis (Michaela) of Antigo and Camri Lewis of Antigo; his grandchildren, Braeden, Julia, Maleah, Keera, Aelita, Gregory, Avery, Joanne, Juniper, L'Amour, Archer, Everleigh and Desmond; his parents-in-law, Bonnie and James Lewis; and his brothers, Todd Lewis (Kathy), Tony Lewis (Cathy) and Scott Lewis (Jodi). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
