He was predeceased by: his parents, James MacDonald and Opal MacDonald (McNinch); his wife Judy Hendricks; his sisters, Maxine MacDonald and Betty Holmberg; his daughter-in-law Debbie MacDonald; his great grandchild Loretta Below; his parents-in-law, Anthony and Rose Hendricks (Kolz); and his siblings-in-law, Dick Hendricks, Mike Hendricks, Billy Hendricks, Tom Rusch, Doug Holmberg, Lois MacDonald and Val Hendricks.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Below (Scott) of Antigo, Rick MacDonald of Antigo, Kim Halambeck (Joe) of Antigo, Tammy Leischer (Greg) of Wausau, Brian MacDonald (Kerry) of Aniwa and Brad MacDonald (Bobbi) of Polar; his brother James MacDonald of Antigo; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Rusch and Vicki Hendricks. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
