Gerald M. Igl Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald M. Igl of Antigo, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 15, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Gerald farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gerald is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Igl and Mary Igl (Rhoda); his siblings, Shirley Jesse and Leonard Igl; and his brother-in-law Gerald Danielski (Karen).
He is survived by: his wife Anna Danielski; his children, Mike Igl (Debbie) of Antigo, Josh Igl (Renee) of Wausau and Sarah Goetsch (Joel) of Rothschild; his grandchildren, Quinn Goetsch (Jeaurdyn) of Plover and Jonathan Elmergreen (Spencer Johnson) of Milwaukee; his sister Jeanne Pagel of Antigo; and his brothers-in-law, Butch Danielski (Ginny) of Wausau and Frank Danielski (Ginny) of Appleton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
