He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Statezny and Nina Statezny (Feight); his former wife Joan Loka; his son Bill; his grandchildren, Dori, Ashley and Paul; and his siblings, Grace Mullins (Earl), Betty (Ted Kulinski), Ila "Babe" Hamblin, Ervin Statezny (Hazel), Merle Statezny (Marion), Johnnie Statezny (Alma) and Melvin Statezny (Carol Jean).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gilbert Gallenberg of Wencel's Catholic Church; his children, Julie Statezny, Kathy Stanke (Kris), Donald Statezny (Cheryl), David Statezny, Glenn Jr. Statezny (Tammy) and Doug Statezny (Kim); his stepsons, Nick Gallenberg, Bradley Gallenberg (Sarah) and Jeremy Gallenberg (Deb); his grandchildren, Nicole, Lucas, William Jr., Courtney, Kaitlin, Michael, Lacey, Brianna, Braden, Mary, Claire, Lily, Genevieve, Dionne, Danyelle and Hector; and his brother-in-law Mike Hamblin. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Strasser-Roller Funeral Home (504 Edison St, Antigo, WI 54409). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mary and Hyacinth Catholic Church (415 6th Ave, Antigo, WI 54409).
