He was predeceased by: his parents, James MacDonald and Opal MacDonald (McNinch); his wife Lois Banczak of Hyacinth's Catholic Church; his son Michael MacDonald; his grandson Kyle Lucht; his siblings, Betty Holmberg (Doug), Maxine MacDonald and George MacDonald (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry and Bernice Banczak.
He is survived by: his children, Jean Koppa (Tom) of Sun Prairie, WI, Julie Zollpriester (John) of Gleason, Laurie Marshall (Scott) of Charlotte, MI, Melanie Rinehart (Mark) of Crandon, Patti Lucht (Todd) of Antigo, Susie Raab (Shawn Perrot) of Antigo, Amy Johnson (Josiah) of Aniwa, Jim MacDonald (Carla) of Wausau and Bob MacDonald (Beth) of Aniwa; and his grandchildren, Christina, Kayla Koppa, Nick MacDonald of Amanda Marshall, J. C, Allie Cramer, Brittany Jensen (Lucht), Brandon Lucht, Brianna, Brent MacDonald, Kevin Raab, Ashley Gallion (Raab), Mackenzie Raab, Whitley, Adeline, Karina, Ezra and Noah Johnson. He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
