She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Ooyen and Virgie Van Ooyen (Crum); her brothers, Harland Van Ooyen, Richard Van Ooyen and James Van Ooyen; and her sister-in-law Lucille Van Ooyen.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Kohlmeier; her sister Betty Ann Fleischman of Antigo; her sisters-in-law, Donna Van Ooyen of Antigo and Darlene Van Ooyen of Antigo; and her godson Michael Van Ooyen (Ashley) of De Forest. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.
