He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ken and Donna Kincaid. He is survived by: his children, Abel, Gabriel and Faith; his father Rhett Mathis of Utah; his siblings, Rhett II, Dustin (Katie) and Ashley Brockman (Rick) of Antigo; and his stepsisters, Brittany Schleis of Elcho and Siraya Schleis of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends that were also his family.
