We are sad to announce that, on January 31, 2023, at the age of 102, Lorraine Mavis O'Brien (Antigo, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Novak and Hazel Novak (Standiford); her husband Peter James O'Brien; her grandson Jamie Mackiewicz; her son-in-law Jim Mackiewicz; and her siblings, Maurice "Red" Novak, Francis Rettinger and John Novak.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret; her daughters, Sharon Mackiewicz, Margaret Culpitt (Wayne), Geraldine Kridler (Todd), Laurel O'Brien and Patricia Rode (Ron); her grandchildren, Ken, Ed O'Brien, Rick, Mark Kridler, Mike Mackiewicz, Cynthia Reilly, Tom Mackiewicz, Ann Boshan, Gabriela and Alicia Benka; her great grandchildren, Megan O'Brien, Nicole Sponem, Colin O'Brien, Kyle Erickson-O'Brien, Edward Mackiewicz, Jessica Chroge, Jackie, James Reilly, Franchesea Swim, Austin Boshan, Samantha Mackiewicz, Adonis Rechlin, Lincoln O'Brien and Rebecca Mackiewicz; and her great great grandchildren, Quinn, Brooklyn, Harper Sponem, Winona, Elisa Jane O'Brien, Linzie, William, Joshua, Connor, Scarlett Swim, Brantley Kor and Maximilian Chroge.
