It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Matthew Zahringer of Antigo, Wisconsin, born in Highland Park, Illinois, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Laurie Tackett (Herman) of Elton and James Zahringer of Gresham; his wife Jacilyn Augustyn; his children, Benjamin, Jacob, Timothy, Micah, Ian, Adeline and Zahringer; his sisters, Sarah Bostwick (Paul) of Antigo, Angelica Meydam (Bob) of Birnamwood and Hannah Tackett (Chet) of Antigo; his uncle Donald; his aunt Paulette Colo of Illinois; his family Glenda Cunningham; and his son Chris. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, step-siblings, cousins, father and mother-in-law; brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Homestead Church (710 Center St, Antigo, WI 54409).
