He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilfred A. Aird and Patricia Aird (Brennan); his daughter Lisa Aird; his niece Emily Aird; and his siblings, Tom Aird and Maxine Boula.

He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Spiegl of Wausau, Mary Pomasl (Chris) of Antigo and Jim Aird of Wausau; his grandchildren, Breely Spiegl, Zachary Aird, Rylee Aird, Kiana Robertson and Avery Pomasl; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Sullivan Robertson; his brother Michael Aird of Sun Prairie; and his sister-in-law Debbie Aird of Fond du Lac.
