He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Kelpsas and Emily Kelpsas (Mikutis); his children, Maria, Ralph and Daniel; and his siblings, Celeste Campbell, Irene Pietrowski, Donald Zillhart and Ronald Kelpsas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Ojutkangas of Antigo and Diana Downing (Jamie) of Antigo; his sister Judy Erickson of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jennifer Catron (Merlyn) of Neenah, Jessica VanZeeland (Aaron) of Penn Laird, VA, Aimee Miller (Josh) of Beloit, Daniel James Kelpsas of Olympia, WA and Erica Drews (Duane) of Racine; and his great grandchildren, Cassidy Lucas, River VanZeeland, Caine Drews, Aiyana Drews and Willow VanZeeland.
