He is survived by: his father Frank Sr. Wierzba; his wife Angie Bricko; his children, Shana Volkman (Brad), Casey Anstutz (Dillen), Alexis Holland (Blake), Maddie Wierzba and Marcus Wierzba; his grandchildren, Bentley, Micah, Baby Volkman and Baby Clara; his mother-in-law Ruth Bricko; his siblings, Dawn Whitney, James O'laughlin (Lisa), Steven O'laughlin (Sigrid), Nikki Nievinski (Jeff 'Clyde'), Kurt Wierzba (Megan), Audra Deruchowski (Jamie), Megan Faulks (Dana), Jake Wierzba (Dezi) and Jim Kolinski; and his sister-in-law Cassie Wierzba.
