He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard and Dorcas Kelly (Briggs); his parents-in-law, Roy and Mildred Almen; his sisters, Mary Jane and Bucki; and his grandson Derek Rogillio.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Almen; his children, Christine Rogillio (Ron) of Edisto Island, S. C., W. V., Charles Kelly (Jean) of Clayton, N. C., Clark Kelly (Lori) of Hamilton and Cavan Kelly (Holly) of Antigo; his brother Nick Kelly of Holladay, Utah; his grandchildren, Brendan Rogillio (Renee), Ashley Sanders, Jason Charles Kelly, Patrick Kelly, Adam Kelly, Travis Kelly, Chelsea Sipe (Jake), Wm Ryan Kelly and Padraic Kelly; and his stepgrandchildren, Heather, Amanda, Melissa, Jason and Tommy. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
