She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Knoke and Lucy Knoke; her siblings, Herman Knoke, James Knoke, John Knoke, Ceil Bruss (Knoke), Marion Moede (Knoke) and Lorrain Jansen (Knoke); and her husband Louis Bruss.

She is survived by: her children, Pam Paris of Kaukauna, Kathryn Dellinger of Appleton, Eileen Stenglemann (Norm) of Appleton, Dwight Bruss (Cindy) of Omro and William Bruss (Carol) of Greenville; her daughter-in-law Hazel Bruss of Appleton; her son Louis Bruss, Jr.; her siblings, Eugene Knoke, Daniel Knoke (Carla) and Anita Knoke; her daughter Alice; and her family Alice. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
