She was predeceased by: her parents, William Boxtel and Helen Van Boxtel (Hartjes); her husband Sibe; her daughter Jean Ann Ludwig; her granddaughter Heather Sanderfoot; her siblings, Urban "Smokie" (Bernice), William Jr., Ernest (Rita), James, Eleanor Frakes, Anna Mendez (Jack) and Mary Lou Glander (Otto); and her brother-in-law Roger Ringhand.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Ludwig-Anderson (Stan Anderson) of Kimberly; her grandson Jason Sanderfoot (Michele) of Waukesha; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Connor and Tyler of Waukesha. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives.
