We are sad to announce that, on December 12, 2022, at the age of 94, Althea Frieda Gigstead of Appleton, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Fenske and Frieda Fenske; her husband Elman Gigstead; her son Daniel Gigstead; her daughter-in-law Linda Gigstead; her siblings, Arthur Fenske, Philip Fenske and Charlotte Fett; and her sister-in-law Grace Fenske.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Jeske (Keith), Jeanne Gigstead and Connie Haltinner (Lyle); her grandchildren, Patricia Patten (James), Amy Popp (Cori), Lisa Ulett (Jason), Daniel Gigstead (Ann), Teri Haltinner, Benjamin Gigstead (Melissa) and Shannon Jeske; and her great grandchildren, Addalynn Robach, Marshall Patten, Rylie Ulett, Brynn Patten, Reese Ulett, Landon Gigstead, Evelyn Gigstead and Kate Gigstead.
The family will be forwarding all memorials to the MACC Fund which does pediatric cancer research.
