He is survived by: his daughter Jodie Schmitt (Mike); his grandchildren, Sydney, Sadie and Sophia; his son Jason Hofacker (Cindy); his granddaughter Nicole; his great grandchild Jax; his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Hofacker, Gerry Hofacker, Cathy Green (Rich), Ann Weynberg (Rick), Janice Stephani and Sally Stephani; his nephew Tony; Jeremy Hofacker, Chad Hofacker, Anthony Hofacker II, Mary Ellen Hofacker, Mike Stephani and Frank Stephani. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
