She is survived by: her children, David, Duane (Donna), Debbie Johnson (Kevin), Dennis, Dawn Nelson (Kevin), Dale, Donna Paul, Jr. (Gary) and Dustin (Tami); her daughter-in-law Vicki Van Straten; and her former husband Carl Van Straten. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.
