She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Butch" Liebergen and Stella Liebergen (Verstegen). She is survived by: her husband Carl "Chip" Waters; her sons, Greg Waters (Sarah) and Dan Waters (Shawna); her grandsons, Donovan Waters, Ryder and Waylon Waters; and her sisters, Yvonne Hillman, Joanie Heller (Marvin), Sharon Waters, Karen Kempf (Randall) and Mary Ruhnke (Kraig). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
