She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Loberger and Laura Loberger (Appel); her son Steven Thomas Koehnke; her brothers, Victor Loberger (Evelyn) and Jerry Loberger; her in-laws, Ralph Sr. and Agnes Koehnke; her son-in-law Mike Peterson; and her brother-in-law Roger Blaese.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Koehnke; her children, Kim Peterson, Karrie Knuppel (Butch), Scott Koehnke (Jennifer) and Doug (Connie Kienast); her grandchildren, Jenny Hill (Gary), Andrew Peterson (Abby), Leslie Wardwell (Joe), Trenton Knuppel, Brandon Koehnke and Evan Koehnke; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Emmie of Elise, AJ, Aubrey, Amber, Owen and Albie; her stepgrandsons, Andrew and Sam Merryfield; her sister Judy Rutten (Steven); and her sister-in-law Sue Loberger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home (2211 N Richmond St, Appleton, WI 54911). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
