She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Peterson and Helen Peterson (Clowry); her brothers, Ron Peterson and Ralph Peterson (Erin); and her parents-in-law, Clarence, Elaine Olson, Bill Knitt and Jack Smith.

She is survived by: her husband Armand; her children, Mike Reinke of Appleton, Connie Stelzer (Wally) of Pewaukee, Tom Reinke (Peihua) of Pewaukee, Kensley, Dominic, Callan and Brad Stelzer (Meghann); her grandsons, Will and Dean; her son Kevin Stelzer (Kira); her grandchildren, Charlie Jean, Callie and Keston; her sisters, Joyce Smith, Shirley Knitt and Jackie Dittloff (Richard); and also Carol Peterson (Artz).

The family has established a memorial fund at the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Wisconsin.
