She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgia Cafaro and Frank Cafaro; her child Christian Anderson; and her siblings, Michael Cafaro, Virginia Marino and Katherine Rademacher.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Comperini (Dan), Deanna Young, Gina Welsh, Autumn Anderson-Berger (Jeffrey), Kerry Filo (Bill) and Kimberly Anderson-Drevs; her siblings, Frances Congdon, JoAnn Marek (Don) and William Cafaro; and her significant other Robert "Andy" Anderson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (410 W Lawrence St, Appleton, WI 54911). A Mass will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (410 W Lawrence St, Appleton, WI 54911).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established for Billie's family.
