He was predeceased by: his father Carl Sr. Buchanan; and his father-in-law Harold Stolper. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Buchanan (Adams); his wife Deb; his stepchildren, Laura and Steve Hetland; his siblings, Walter (Mary) and Laura (Mounir ElHmamsi); his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Safia (Alex), Megan (Jaime), Sean, Luke, Adam and Dallas (Rachel); his great-niece Zoe; his great-nephew Noah; his mother-in-law Edie Stolper; his siblings-in-law, Wendy (Tom Lundt) and Scott (Tia Stolper); his nieces and nephews, Nate, Bre, Tim, Sami, Abby, John, Chris, Courtney, Greg, Janine and Littles; and also, Sophia and Rami.
