She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Gill and Harriet Gill (Matson); her husband Joseph Schroetter; her son Kristofer M. Schroetter; her brother Russell Gill; her father-in-law Karl Schroetter; and her siblings-in-law, Andrea Gill and Larry Shepherd.

She is survived by: her pet Karrman; her children, Jennifer Jochman (Charles) and Jeremy Schroetter (Maria Pergolski); her granddaughter Tarsa Cummings; her siblings, James Gill, Judith Plisch (Richard), Edith Nack (Dennis), Joanne Shepherd, John Gill, Rodney Gill, Margaret Gill, Diana Gill, Linda Woldt (Gregg) and Daniel Gill (Doreen); Joshua, Jacob Jochman and Alexis Kluck. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
