With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles E. Otto of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 31, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Slim" Otto and Lenore Otto (Nutting); his siblings, Eugene Otto, Marian Kloss and Marlene Schroeder (Julius); his parents-in-law, Raymond and Claudine Quella; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Rose Birch and Delores Quella.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Quella; his children, Diane Fecteau (Bruce), Joan Giltner (Scott), Cheryl Otto-Lynch (Richard), Debi Totzke (Jon) and Jeff Otto (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Ryan Fecteau (Anne), Kurt Fecteau (Katie), Robin Kiley (Cody), Casey Giltner (Brittany), Brett Giltner (Anna), Jason Giltner (Mia), Danielle Lynch (Lucas), David Lynch (Isabella), Adam Lynch, Sam Otto, Maddie Kuhnke (Austin) and Zebediah Totzke; his great grandchildren, Grace, Eddie, Dela, Cooper, Reese, Raegan, Connor, Caden, Raelynn, Ingrid, Colette, Norah and Alayna; his brothers, Mike Otto (Shirley) and Steve Otto (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, Bea Otto, Dolores Hagen (Appleton), Dorothy Verbeten (Doug), Jack Kloss, Paul Quella, Eugene Quella (Sally), Jim Quella, Don Quella, Sherwood and Bob Birch (Amy). He is also survived by Five children, twelve grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
