He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Johnson and Dorothy Johnson (Baeten); his brothers, Simon and Francis; and his siblings-in-law, Lauren and Camille.
He is survived by: his wife Karoline Mach; his daughters, Amanda, Kimberly, Danielle (Joe) and Kaitlyn (Chris); his granddaughter Gena; his siblings, Michael, Karen and Marcia (Steve); and his parents-in-law, Duane and Pat. He is also survived by numerous siblings-in-law as well as many other nieces, nephews, and extended relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to show your love with a donation to the American Diabetes Association, an organization he was truly passionate about.
