Daniel W. Bauer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel W. Bauer of Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 8, 2026 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Daniel is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Daniel's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Bauer and Joanne Bauer (Dougherty); and his former wife Connie Bauer. He is survived by: his daughter Jillian; and his son-in-law Mark Arnold. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to Mount Olive Lutheran Church.
