He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Borree (Loderbauer); his uncles, Roger Steinberg and David Borree (Sharon); and his grandparents, Walter, Caroline Borree, Ray and Naomi Loderbauer.
He is survived by: his father Kenneth Borree; his wife Gina Grman; his children, Halle and Jacob; his aunts, Sharon Steinberg, Lois Lendt (Melvin) and Betty Pogrant (John); his uncle Darold Borree (Cheryl); his friends, Dan, Adam, Trish Van Cuyk and Sue Krahenbuhl; and also, Ella, Logan, Andrea and Kendra.
Memorial donations may be made to Miracle League of the Fox Valley, an organization that Dan volunteered his time at during the summer to be a "buddy" mentor for children with disabilities who desire to play baseball, regardless of their abilities.
