He was predeceased by: his father William Anholzer. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Groth; his children, William Anholzer and Dana Anholzer (Neil Johanson); and his siblings, Kathy Hickinbotham (Scott), Mike Anholzer, Mary Kay Rath (Dan) and Jim Anholzer (Ann). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a wide assortment of friends.
