He is survived by: his wife Leah Juhnke Nettekoven; his family, Zoe Landwehr and Josh Berghuis; his brother Brian Nettekoven (Kelly); his nieces and nephews, Natalie and Madison; his goddaughter Hannah Nettekoven; his siblings, Karen Brown (Ken), Harry Arnoldussen (Linda), Barb Mueller (Eugene), Jean Peters (Tom) and Brenda Mader (Kurt); and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa and Arlo. He is also survived by friends & extended family.
