He is survived by: his daughters, Deidre Kozlowski (Wayne) and Laura Page Sasiadek (Ken); his grandchildren, Charlotte Radliff (Greg), Jason Radliff, Sarah Kozlowski (Brock), Erik Sasiadek (Kaitlin) and Chad Sasiadek (Cheyenne); his great grandchild Sylvie; his daughters, Carrie "Cookie" Serletic Williams (Jerry), Dawn Steiner (Stuart Berger) and Sherrie Mayo; his granddaughter Stephanie Hagan; his great grandchild Elliott; and his grandchildren, Grant Mayo, Christine Mayo and Alexis Hagan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
