He is survived by: his granddaughter Bobbi Jo (Veldman); his children, Daryl Zimmerman, David Zimmerman and Debra Zimmerman; and his sister Joan Sweetalla. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
