He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Herman Klister and Martha Margaret Klister (Haen); and also, Edward, Hilaria Dvorachek (Geiger) and Vera "Beep" Klister (Coonen).

He is survived by: his wife Dolores Marie "Dee" Dvorachek; his son Andrew Cyril (Caitlin Feiereisen); his grandchildren, Natalie Grace, Norah Mary and Charles Cyril; his son Edward Cyril (Laura Russo); his grandchildren, Cyril Albert and Francis Edward; his siblings, Mary VanZeeland (David "Moe") of Kaukauna, WI, Barbara Ludke (Robert) of Superior, CO, John Klister of Monroe, WA, David Klister of Kaukauna, WI, Karl Windinwood (Rebecca) of Ojai, CA and Kristine "Tina" Wiedenhaupt (David) of Williams Bay, WI.; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Dvorachek (Lynda Cyr) of Brillion, WI, Deanna Disch (Mitch) of Beaver Dam, WI, Darlene Zirngibl of Kalamazoo, MI, Elmer Dvorachek (Victoria Weber) of Reedsville, WI, Connie Gott (David), Halifax and England; and also Dee.

In lieu of flowers, memorial funds are being established for Holy Spirit Parish, St. Paul Hospice, and Kathy's House of Healing for Froedtert patients.
