We announce the death of Debbie Gradl (Appleton, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 18, 2026, at the age of 71. Debbie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lorenz and Darlene Lorenz (VanDyke); and her brother John Lorenz. She is survived by: her husband Steve Gradl; her children, Mackenzie Jacobsen (Jonathan) and Michael Gradl; her grandson Brady Jacobsen; and her siblings, Deeahna Lorenz, Dave Lorenz (Cathy), Laurie Lackey, Jeanne Bushey (Rick), Dan Lorenz (Dee), Cheri Lorenz and Lonn Lorenz (Linda).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home (2211 N Richmond St, Appleton, WI 54911). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
