He is survived by: his wife Janice Massey; his children, Bonnie Johnson, Scott Johnson and Steve Johnson (Debra Hoerth); his grandson David Johnson (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Landen and Laurel; and his grandchildren, Cody (Lauren Zuleger), Kevin Johnson, Caitlynn Johnson and Carleigh Johnson-Islinger. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
