She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Larsen and Thomas Larsen; her husband Elrid "Tim" Simmons; her daughter Pam Fitzgerald; her son-in-law Don Fitzgerald; her sister Jo Ann Johnson; her grandson Timmy Simmons; and her great grandchild Remington Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Ehmen (Mike), Deb Miyazato, Tim Simmons (Tina) and David Simmons; her pet Sparky; her brother Tom Larsen; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Larsen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
