She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Meier and Sophie Meier (Fritsch); her husband Ray; her children, Sophie Theresa and Raymond Jr.; her siblings, Gen Lamers (Hugo), Soph Boots (Al), Mary Wyngaard (Marty), Matt Meier (Frieda), Willard Meier (Margaret) and Roman Meier (Alice); and her nieces, Linda Sue Meier and Sherise Laughman.

She is survived by: her children, Randall Gevelinger (Dawn) and Pamela Gevelinger; and her grandchildren, Adam, Kristina Alexander (Brandon), David Gevelinger (Elizabeth) and Matthew Priebe. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
