He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kettner and Mary Kettner (Page); and his siblings, Mary Cannistra, John Kettner, William Kettner and Lawrence Kettner.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Kettner; his children, Ann Byrne, Brian Kettner (Kathy), Bruce Kettner and Jane Ruggiero (James); his sisters, Helen Kellnhauser (Robert), Ruth Kettner and Barbara Oliver (Dale); and his siblings-in-law, Charles Cannistra and Marie Gresens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (2220 E College Ave, Appleton, WI 54915). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
